Choose an area for capabilities and availability.
Equipment & service history
Know the equipment behind the job.
Capabilities & availability
Keep shared records for equipment such as toolbars, sprayers and floaters. View assignments and service status, open linked inspections and repairs, and retain an asset’s history as work changes hands.
Nurse tanks & movement
Follow the assignment. Keep the tank’s history.
Capabilities & availability
Record assignments, moves, swaps and unassignments, with a review before applying changes. Track serial numbers, capacities, inspection dates and component records for hoses, pop-off valves and hydro valves. Assignment history records movement; this is not live GPS tracking.
Inspections & repairs
Turn a reported issue into accountable work.
Capabilities & availability
Complete inspections, review failed items and create repair work. Assign responsibility, update repair status and retain completion history alongside the asset. Record out-of-service and return-to-service decisions through authorized workflows. These records support your procedures; they do not certify compliance or replace a physical inspection.
Customers, fields & seasonal documents
Keep field knowledge with the field.
Capabilities & availability
Organize customer, farm and field records with acreage, saved entrances and crop-year documents. Upload existing maps and files, review their customer and field assignments, then make attached records available to authorized team members. Map entrances are placed by users; uploads do not automatically extract boundaries or acreage.
Directions & delivery planning
Start with the right entrance.
Capabilities & availability
Open directions to a saved field entrance and calculate route distance from your organization’s configured starting point. Use configured delivery estimates to support planning. Routing and estimates depend on available services and saved information; drivers still verify access and conditions.
Daily Dispatch & field progress
Give each field its own next step.
Capabilities & availability
Prepare an applicator’s daily packet with fields, acres, instructions and uploaded maps. Applicators can change field order and report progress for each field, including several fields for the same customer. Dispatch retains visibility into completed work and past packets. More work after completion starts with a new packet.
People, roles & workspace access
Put responsibility in the right hands.
Capabilities & availability
Invite employees, manage roles and control permitted actions for customer records, equipment, inspections, repairs and dispatch. Organization settings keep team details and operational configuration together. Membership and permissions determine what each person can see and do.
Weather & operational activity
Keep useful context close.
Capabilities & availability
Review recent operational activity alongside daily work. Weather views provide forecasts, radar and rainfall information where available, with source and update context. Weather information supports planning and does not replace on-site assessment or established safety procedures.
